 ALWAYS HAVE A DREAM
Forget about the days
when it's been cloudy,
but don't forget your hours in the sun.
Forget about the times
you've been defeated,
but don't forget the victories you've won.
Forget about the mistakes
that you can't change now,
but don't forget the lessons.
Forget about the misfortunes
you've encountered,
but don't forget the times your luck has turned.
Forget about the days
when you've been lonely,
but don't forget the friendly
smiles you've seen
Forget about the plans
that didn't seem to work out right,
but don't forget to always have a dream.

Welcome to the blog

Pupils and Parents

Hello and welcome to 5C's homework blog!

Here you can access optional homework tasks as well as what we would expect you to be doing at home already. Reminder- Frog practical homework to be handed in at the end of term or before.
Some parents are happy for their child to carry on with the following, but extra activities will be found on this page every week.

Every week a pupil could/should be:
-reading a book of choice for a minimum of 20 minutes per day
-practising times tables
-talking about learning in class
-playing educational games on the internet as well as recreational activities
-socialising with family and friends

In addition to this, activities will be posted on this blog for Thursday each week and should be completed for the following Thursday when new tasks will be posted. If pupils require materials for completing tasks it is their responsibility to ask during class time in advance of handing them in.

If there are any queries or questions they can be added as a 'comment' to each post or feel free to contact me in school.
